I recently submitted my community node package n8n-nodes-chainstream (version 0.0.75) to the Creator Portal.
The automated scan passed successfully, but the Creator Portal still shows “Changes required” without providing any specific error details.

- Issue: Portal shows “Changes required” but no issues are listed.
