Issue with MicroSoft Team Trigger On 'New Channel Message'

I keep receiving this error:

Operation: Create; Exception: [Status Code: Forbidden; Reason: Caller does not have access to ‘/teams(‘6f3773a9-986a-43f6-9bcf-10581c6b58cf’)/channels(‘19:[email protected]’)/messages’ resource]

Despite giving all the necessary permissions (delegated, application) for a lot of permissions in Azure
