Issue with upgrading to self-hosted business plan

My company has been using the self-hosted community plan for the past couple weeks and are looking to upgrade to the business plan. It looks like we need to enter an activation key in order to unlock the plan, and when we tried buying one, we only received access to a separate cloud account and no activation key.

Support and sales are unreachable so I’m hoping someone on here could help - how can we go about upgrading to the business plan on the same self-hosted instance we’ve been running automations on? Thanks in advance :folded_hands:

This is concerning…
My company is also interested in the self-hosted business plan, but the annual plan save is not working.
Support and sales are also unreachable for now…
