I have a flow created in n8n that uses the official WhatsApp on Meta (Facebook). When I test it using the Meta test number, it works fine, but when I switch to the new number that will be the client’s WhatsApp Business number, it doesn’t work! Does anyone know where I can find documentation or a solution for this?
Use the Meta Developer Portal to check logs and see if there are any errors or warnings when you try to send messages.
There are several possible issues, from template to permissions.
