Issues with billing and accessing workspace

hey everyone, reaching out here because i have submitted countless tickets and never hear back from anybody.

I want to upgrade but i cant login to my account. it said i would still be able my account for 30 days after the trial expired, and it’s been less than 2 weeks and i cant login anymore. i want to upgrade, but you guys really make it difficult, cant login anywhere nor even find the option to do so

please help or let me know how to proceed asap before everyhting gets deleted once the time is up.

I have accessed my admin panel but i get error 404 saying no active workspaces - this is a joke, so does this mean everything now just got deleted even though you said in one of your emails it would remain available for access for another 30 days if i wanted to upgrade (which i do now)?
