Issues with Startup Plan Not Appearing

Describe the problem/error/question

There is no error message. My issue is that I updated at the end of my trial of the startup plan and now when I go to the cloud admin panel it says there is no card associated and that I need to upgrade into a tier, even though it shows I have purchased through receipts. What do I do to open the cloud version of my workspace? How do I see the name of this workspace?
