If you need I am available here.

Here is my portfolio:

I’m also a full-stack developer with the right Gen AI experience, which makes me a solid plus for your team.

Check my recent gen ai projects… I built a native Android automation agent too. It’s worth a look:

I can build complex AI automations directly in code, not just inside n8n.

Here are some of my recent n8n workflow executions:

I’m based in India.

Fun fact… I even made an n8n workflow to find n8n project leads :skull::skull::skull:

Hello,
I’m interested in the n8n Developer role and I believe my experience aligns very closely with what you’re looking for. I’ve been building, optimizing, and maintaining advanced automation workflows using n8n, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API-driven integrations for both internal operations and client-facing platforms.

My Experience With n8n

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building complex n8n workflows including multi-branch logic, queues, retries, and error-resilient designs.

  • Built integrations with over 100+ APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) — including OAuth2, API keys, and custom authorization schemes.

  • Developed reusable workflow templates for CRM, billing, scheduling, and SaaS operations.

  • Implemented webhook-driven automations, async processing chains, and real-time event flows.

  • Experienced with expressions, function nodes, custom code nodes, and integrating TypeScript logic where needed.

Technical Skills

  • JavaScript / TypeScript: Advanced proficiency

  • APIs: OAuth, webhooks, pagination, rate limits, retries, batching

  • Databases: Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB

  • n8n Self-Hosting: Docker setup, scaling, and basic DevOps

  • Error Handling: Robust retry logic, fallbacks, notification pipelines

  • Performance Optimization: Job queues, parallelization, caching layers

Nice-to-Have Skills (I also cover these)

  • Docker & self-hosted n8n management

  • CRM & ERP integrations (HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Pipedrive, custom)

  • Monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), logging, API testing

  • Workflow architecture planning with business teams

Work Style

  • Independent, reliable, and proactive

  • Strong documentation habits (Notion, Git, workflow diagrams)

  • Comfortable collaborating across product + engineering

  • Based within GMT+2 (compatible with your preferred timezone)

Why I’m a Good Fit

I focus on building n8n workflows that are:

:check_mark: Stable
:check_mark: Well-structured
:check_mark: Easy to maintain
:check_mark: Scalable for future growth

I enjoy solving complex automation problems and turning business processes into systems that run smoothly and reliably.

If this matches what you’re looking for, I’d be happy to discuss your current automations, challenges, and roadmap in more detail.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

What do you mean

Hello Jonathan,

I’m interested in the n8n Developer role and I believe my background as an AI & Automation Consultant aligns well with what you’re looking for. Over the last 1.5 years I’ve been designing, building, and maintaining production-grade automations using n8n, API-driven integrations, and chat-based workflows for SMEs.

My Experience With n8n

  • Built end-to-end workflows in n8n for lead capture, CRM-like tracking, and automatic meeting scheduling, connecting web widgets, webhooks and forms with Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 (Graph API) and email providers.

  • On my own website (iaconsulting.ai), I built a lead-capture chatbot fully integrated with n8n, which receives visitor messages, classifies them, stores them in a simple CRM layer (Google Sheets) and triggers follow-up emails and calendar flows when meeting requests are detected.

  • Implemented AI-assisted automations (OpenAI) for things like classification, drafting replies, and enriching leads before sending them into internal tools.

  • Designed flows with multi-step logic, error handling, and retries, including notification channels when something fails (email / webhook).

  • Used Function / Code nodes and expressions to clean data, normalize payloads from external APIs, and build dynamic routing based on content.

  • Experience integrating typical SaaS tools (forms, calendars, email, simple CRMs, internal APIs) via REST and webhooks.

Technical Skills

  • n8n: webhooks, triggers, Function/Code nodes, binary data, workflow versioning, testing and gradual rollout.

  • JavaScript / TypeScript: comfortable writing logic inside Function / Code nodes and small helper services when needed.

  • APIs: REST, OAuth2, API keys, pagination, rate limits basics, retries.

  • Data layer: Google Sheets as lightweight DB, plus basic experience with SQL/relational thinking when modelling entities and processes.

  • AI / LLMs: integrating OpenAI-style APIs inside n8n (RAG-like flows, content generation, summaries, smart routing).

Nice-to-have side:

  • Basic Docker / self-hosted understanding and general DevOps awareness from running small services and testing environments.

  • Experience integrating business tools (CRM-like sheets, booking systems, internal backoffice tools) and mapping them to clear workflows for non-technical users.

  • Used tools like Notion / diagrams to document flows so that clients can understand and maintain them.

Business & Domain Alignment

  • I currently work as an independent consultant (IA Consulting) helping small companies automate their operations with n8n and AI, so I’m used to translating real business processes into robust workflows.

  • I also manage several rental properties myself, so I’m very familiar with typical property-management processes (tenant inquiries, incident reports, maintenance coordination, notifications), which makes your focus on automations for property management companies especially interesting to me.

Work Style & Location

  • Independent, reliable, and comfortable owning workflows end-to-end (from idea → design → implementation → documentation).

  • Used to collaborating remotely with founders, product and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong habit of keeping things simple and maintainable: clear naming, modular workflows, and minimal “magic”.

  • Based in Spain (GMT+1), fully within your required GMT ±2h range, and available for a full-time remote role.

I’m particularly interested in the chance to focus deeply on n8n and build long-term, scalable automations for your property management clients. If this aligns with what you need, I’d be happy to share my CV, my 16personalities result, and examples of workflows I’ve built, and to discuss your current automations and roadmap in more detail.

Looking forward to hearing from you,
Juan Antonio Molina Sánchez
