Based on the emails I receive from potential clients requesting more information about measurements, delivery dates, accessories, quotes, prices, etc., I need an AI agent to read the technical sheets, web content, transcripts of calls I’ve had with a client, and frequently asked questions. From there, I need to draft an email outlining what I should respond to.

I’m starting something similar myself to create a chatbot for the website for customer service for a client’s business so I imagine I will be in the forum quite a bit over the next few weeks…
