Level 1 Badge - Missing

Hi all, I completed the Level 1 course but i cant seem to find the badge, could someone help me? Id -205721486d6411f7074d4426910eefaf

This usually happens when the course completion sync hasn’t finished yet or the badge assignment didn’t trigger properly. A couple of quick things to check:

  • Make sure all Level 1 lessons and the final challenge show as completed

  • Try refreshing the course page or logging out and back in

  • Sometimes badges take a little time to appear after completion

If it still doesn’t show up, I can help you escalate it properly. Feel free to confirm whether the course dashboard shows 100% completed, and I’ll guide you on the next step (or who to tag so it gets fixed quickly).

The email you signed up with for the level course 1 has to be the same with email you signed up with here in the community for the badges to show.
