Level 1 Course Badge not received

Getting Started with n8n n8n Courses

Hello,

I’ve passed the course after signup and used the provided unique ID and same email as my community account.
95bbc288719020602f3fcb6e9eb4395e.

Got the passed email confirmation with scores saying “almost there”. We noticed you haven’t signed up for the course…

Seems like I’m not the only one having this issue.

Could this be resolved and the badge granted?

Yes I did sign up before taking the quizz and got my unique ID (used during the hands-on part)
It’s registered with the same email as my community account.
I followed the steps documented on the page you shared to make sure I would receive it.

Hope someone can initiate that manually.

Completely forgot the discord part as it was not part of the quizz scope. I’ll fix that today :ok_hand:

Just did the test again and double checked all information.
I’m using the right ID and provided my communitu username Gvdo.

Still I’m getting the same email message after completion and no badge

You should be all good, I made some changes to the backend workflows that run it to append or update which was the main cause of this.

Hi @Jon, I seem to be having the same issue where I’ve keyed in my profile ID (Justin_Lim) and completed the tests with passing results but it’s still telling me I’ve not linked my community profile.

Would it be the same root cause? I’ve taken the test again and again (passing) with the correct email and profile name and still having 2 X’s at Theory and Practical.

I have the same issues, I have many trying after sign up course I got this unique id cc8ed89b5e3a922df39d4897d61a5993, and try to do quiz again passed with 85% theory, 100% workflow.

Hi, I have the same problem, it keeps telling me that I am not registered for the course but I passed the exam with “Thank you for taking the quiz! You have passed the quiz with 85% in the theory section and 100% in the workflow section :raising_hands:”

How can I unblock this?
my id is: Unique ID: 92bbdb0ebe86e26a12ace927b1da8927
