Level 1 course quiz scores issue

I have attempted the Level 1 quiz multiple times and noticed inconsistencies in the scoring for both the theory and workflow sections. For example, I submitted the exact same answers for the workflow scenario, and on one attempt I received 100% correct, while on another attempt I received only 77%. A similar issue is occurring with the theory section as well. It seems there may be an error in the grading logic. Could you please look into this and help resolve it?
