Level 1 Quiz Result not notified

I have attempted the Level 1 Course Quiz multiple times but have not been notified of the result as well as the badge. please do help me in this regard. I have contacted the [email protected]. Also told the bot to let me talk with a human but none is of use. Can anyone help in this regard.

Hey! No worries, let’s figure it out. First, please let me know:

  • Did you register and get your unique ID on your email?
  • Did you manage to send the webhook and see it print in the discord channel?
  • You probably did this, but did you ensure you enter the correct email in the quiz form and also check your spam folder?

If the answer to all these is yes, can you also try submitting the quiz and providing a different email?

Yes Sir,
I got unique Id on my email.
Yes the webhook message was seen on the discord channel.
Yes, I entered the correct email ID and correct Username.
I also checked the spam folder and nothing in the spam folder.
I even allowed all the cookies but nothing.

You said provide a different email. Will that be accepted or I have to change that in the community forum. I mean to say Do I have to change my primary email.

Let’s try without changing it, just provide a new one in the quiz. The fact it’s asking for one most probably means it doesn’t check for your email at the forum at all. Let me know how it goes.

I am currently experiencing the same issue. Will try a different email and see how that goes.

I also submit one and can confirm there seems to be an issue with it. Hang tight until the team fixes it. Meanwhile, complete level 2 as well :stuck_out_tongue:

krisn0x, Sir have you attempted the quiz with another email, How is the result ?
I tried but did not happen anything.

I am also facing same issue I have created my account and got api_key and uique id than I attempted all quiz questions at the end I got you will be notify via email withiin 30minutes for your result but It’s about 3rd day and I got nothing from n8n.

Sorry for the delay, I haven’t received anything unfortunately. Best I can do is to summon @Jon in all his glory to check if the quiz emails are going out in general :folded_hands:
