Level 2 Course – “Getting Data from Warehouse” Not Marked Complete Despite Following All Steps

Hello n8n Team,
I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Level 2 Course badge progress.
I have completed all workflows exactly as described in the course.
The workflows execute successfully, and notifications are being sent to the Discord channel as instructed.
I also received the following confirmation email after completing the quiz:
“Congratulations, you have passed the quiz with 14/15 points! You have not completed all of the required steps to earn your badge though.”
The progress summary shows:
:cross_mark: Getting data from warehouse
:white_check_mark: Notifying the team
This is where I am stuck.
I followed every page of the Level 2 course step by step and implemented the data retrieval workflow as shown.
The workflow runs without errors and produces output, so I am unsure what additional action is required to satisfy the “Getting data from warehouse” requirement.
Could someone please clarify:
What specific condition or verification is used to mark “Getting data from warehouse” as complete?
Is there a required node, execution, or submission step that may not be clearly stated in the course?
Is it possible the completion check is not recognizing an already-working workflow?
I am confident the workflow logic matches the course instructions, but I want to ensure I have not missed a required confirmation step.

Did you input your unique id in the last part of the message? Do that please.

I did and it’s still not working. I have tried on local hosting and on the web hosting and got the same results.

I got the same email response and am having this same issue. I can send the message to my own Discord server without issue, but when trying to send it to the n8n course-level-2 thread, I get the error noted above (your message was invalid, please make sure you are sending the exact text requested). It seems the n8n Discord channel has some kind of predefined filter or regex that isn’t matching what is being sent from the workflow and rejecting it.

what did you do to fix it?

I’ve not been able to fix it yet. Was hoping someone here would be able to assist. I might shoot an email to their support team and see if anyone can help either fixing the back-end or tell me what I’m doing wrong.
