Level 2 quiz passed, but saying I didn't sign up

I signed up for course 1, passed and got the badge.
I did course 2, passed the quiz, but hadn’t signed up for it separately. So, I then signed up for course 2, changed all the ids/urls/etc in my workflow, ran my workflow again to send to discord, and then took the quiz again and passed. However, it still says:

However, you haven’t signed up for the course. To get the forum badge as recognition for completing the course, you have to complete all the milestones mentioned here.
"

And has an X for passed quiz and an empty quiz score on check your status for the course 2 unique id.

Can somone fix the mapping for this or is there a way to fix it myself?

Same problem.

You passed the course quiz with 13/15 points . Congratulations!

However, you haven’t signed up for the course. To get the forum badge as recognition for completing the course, you have to complete all the milestones mentioned here.

I think sometimes admins can help do it, maybe reach out on discord channel I see people get it fixed there sometimes.
