I’m having an issue with the Level One theory quiz that seems to be related to scoring rather than understanding of the content.
I have retaken the theory quiz multiple times and consistently receive 77%, even after carefully reviewing the course documentation and answering according to the official material. I also completed the practical section with 100%, which suggests the concepts are understood and correctly applied.
What I’ve already verified:

Reviewed the full Level One course documentation

Re-answered all theory questions carefully, including “choose all that apply” ones

Tried different attempts with adjusted answers

Confirmed that the quiz effectively starts after the initial identification steps (email, ID, nickname)
Despite this, the theory score always remains at 77%, which makes it feel like:

One or more questions may have incorrect validation on the backend, or

There is an issue with how certain multiple-choice answers are being evaluated
Has anyone else experienced this behavior recently?
Is this a known issue with the Level One theory quiz, or is there a way for the course team to manually review attempts?
