License Key Error: Activating Community Edition on a New Railway n8n Deployment with the Same Email

Hello n8n community,

I’m using self-hosted n8n on Railway and followed these steps:

  1. Created an n8n template project on Railway.

  2. Registered with my email, and n8n sent me a license key.

  3. Activated Community Edition using this key.

Later, I deleted the n8n container on Railway and created a new template n8n project. I registered again with the same email and tried to activate the license key sent to my email, but I received a license key error.

My question is: What causes this issue, and how can I reactivate Community Edition on a new deployment using the same email?
