Hi, I’m self-hosting n8n via Hostinger and requested a self-hosted license key several times using different email addresses. It’s been multiple hours and I still haven’t received anything.
Could you please manually issue a license key or check whether my email was blocked, suppressed, or filtered in your system?
This is really important because without the license many core features are restricted, and I can’t properly use the setup I paid for.

Pretty much, services like hostinger, linode, digital ocean, things like that are known to have to request access to enable some email functionality for your VPS. I’d suggest you email their support and ask them to open the ports you need setup. After you’ve done that, you can submit your email again for a license key. Guide below
Get License Key
1. Navigate to workflows
2. Click this icon.
3. Click “Settings”
4. Click “Unlock”
5. Click this email field.
6. Click “Send me a free license key”
