License key

I need help!
I received the license key, but when I paste it into “Enter activation Key” the message “activation failed” appears. What could be happening?

contact n8n support directly at [email protected] or [email protected]. When you email them, include your license key and your Instance ID (found in Settings > Environment variables) to help them resolve the issue quickly.
