Is it possible to Like & Reply to the tweet which we got mentioned?

With Twitter Node?

No that is currently sadly not possible. For that reason did I change your post from “Question” to “Feature Request”.

@mcnaveen just added this, now you can reply, retweet, and like a tweet. We will let you know when is released.

Replying to a tweet is creating a new tweet, which happens to be a reply to another one.

So if you want to reply you select “Create” and then add under “Additional Fields” the property “In Reply to Tweet”.
