We had someone build our Workflow but will no longer be working with them…if I take their credentials off each WorkFlow would I lose the integrations and builds?
Removing a user’s credentials won’t delete workflows, but it will break any integrations that depend on them. Affected nodes won’t run until you assign new credentials or change the authentication method.
Ahhh ok. So secondary question - I am technically the one who ADDED the integration, but then gave that user a “credential”. If I took him off as a “credential” user would that break the Workflow?

It depends on whose credentials the workflow is actually using.
If you originally created the integration and simply shared your credentials with that user, removing them as a “credential” user won’t break anything — the credentials stay intact, and the workflow will continue working.
However, if the credentials belong to that user (e.g., connected to their personal or external account, like their SharePoint or Google account), then removing them can break any node that depends on those credentials.
What is your case?
Before removing any user or credentials, double-check which nodes use them. If it’s an external user’s credentials, it’s better to replace them with a service/admin account in advance — otherwise, you might have to manually update or duplicate affected nodes later.
