Localhost - how to change to public

Hi.
I’m tired of looking for temporary solutions. I have a domain, Cloudflare, and the apps work. But every time I create a new app, the problem returns.
I had problems, for example, connecting my Google account to the node. Now I’m having problems with Telegram.
I’ve searched online, asked AI, and haven’t found an answer.
How do I replace localhost with my domain?
And please bear with me, I’m not stupid :slight_smile: but I’m also far from an expert.
Ubuntu server, n8n installed without docker on physical machine.

all these tunnels are temporary solutions, I want to do it once and be done with it.

Hi there, if you really want a permanent solution, as in do it once and be done with it

Have you consider using something like a vps, such as from hostinger

I know it’s not free, but trust me, sooner or later you would definitely need it

Just now i add
export WEBHOOK_TUNNEL_URL=“https://my.domain.org”
to .bashrc and n8n stops working.

What is the different? When i install ubuntu and n8n of vps localhost will change?

Try WEBHOOK_URL instead
