Are you sure the acces token is correct?
Is you instance public?
My connections seems ok.
the access token is correct
but where can i found out about the instance?
In your yml file among the others env variables.
i didn’t find anything releated like that.
but still I’m searching how can i fix this issue.
Check your bot with BotFather, ans see its status.
It seems offline? it cannot be reached?
