Locked out of n8n - can not log in to instance

  • What I’m trying to do: Created n8n account, several attempts. Did not work, and now getting error message.

  • What’s happening instead: In a loop. I get “Success!” messages, (see screenshots), and got two magic links (tried 2 new accounts), but nothing permitted me in.

  • Deleted all cache/cookings site setting in chrome settings for n8n - and broadly for last 24 hours.

  • I put in work email,… click on “Go to instance”, then, it gives me the error

  • What I’ve already tried: Opening personal instance I was building on a few months ago. Did not allow me in. I’m sure it was removed.
    Creating new account for business email/name. Couldn’t get in. After using magic link, could not get in.

I tried contacting support but learned it would be 3 days before I might hear back. (!!) I’m trying to build an automation and can not get into my (new) instance. So waiting 3 days is… well, crazy sauce.

Errors: Despite getting a magic link for my new account, I was unable to see my new instance.

@TanyaM The only thing you can do is wait for support, in the meantime, you can self-host n8n so you can keep working!

@achamm Thank you :slight_smile: Self-host? I don’t know how to do this.
