I won’t claim to be a senior automation architect — I’m not. But I think I’m closer to what you’re describing than most people who will message you.

Here’s what I’ve built with n8n so far:

A Telegram-based booking system for a small service business — form input auto-syncs to Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Supabase, with daily reminders and automated backup. Built, tested, and running in production for a real client.

A personal finance tracker with OCR receipt scanning via Gemini, AI-powered expense logging through Telegram, automatic monthly summaries, and low-balance alerts with QuickChart visualizations.

An AI agenda bot — natural language input parsed by Groq LLM, automatically structured and saved to Google Calendar with scheduled reminders.

All three involve LLM integration, Google Workspace, structured data output, and webhook-based triggers — which maps directly to your core stack.

Where I’m honest about my gaps: I haven’t built multi-tenant architecture or managed credentials across multiple clients at scale. I’m actively working through that. But I understand system thinking — I don’t just connect nodes, I think about why the workflow is structured the way it is.
