Hi everyone,
I’m looking for 1–2 n8n creators, consultants, or automation studios for a small custom pilot.
The idea is simple: if you already have an n8n workflow that creates value for clients, but you do not want to hand over the workflow JSON, prompts, credentials, or internal logic, I’ll help you wrap it as a protected paid access product.
This is not a marketplace, and I’m not offering traffic.
This is for people who already have:
- an existing n8n workflow or webhook-based workflow
- an audience, client base, or a specific customer type in mind
- interest in selling access to the result instead of selling the raw workflow/template
For the pilot, I’ll help set up one workflow product for free:
- simple product/landing page
- checkout
- customer access
- API key or protected access link
- basic usage limits
- usage logs
- access revocation
You keep the workflow running in your own n8n setup.
I do not need access to your n8n instance, credentials, prompts, or workflow JSON.
The wrapper only calls your existing webhook.
I’m doing this manually/custom first, not asking anyone to adopt a finished SaaS yet.
In return, I’d ask for:
- honest feedback
- permission to use the process as a public or anonymous case study if it works
- a real workflow that you would seriously consider selling to customers
This is probably not a fit if you are just learning n8n or only need help building a workflow from scratch.
It is a fit if you have already built something useful and want to test whether it can become a paid, protected workflow product.
If this sounds relevant, reply here or DM me with:
- What the workflow does
- Who would pay to use it
- Whether it already has a webhook trigger
- Whether you have sold or delivered something similar before
Thanks

Hi,
We build n8n workflows as part of our regular work. At Memorians, we brought an LLM into the daily work process and coached the team on adoption. Automation that gets used, not just built.
Your model of selling workflow access rather than the raw JSON aligns with how we think about deliverables. We are a two-person team: Nick handles full-stack development and automation architecture, James handles process framing and design. We deliver at a fixed price.
Interested in a short call to see if there is a fit? More at bravio.nl.
Kind regards,

Quick update: I’ve now found enough people for the first small pilot, so I’m closing this for now.
Thanks to everyone who replied or reached out.
If this is still relevant to you, feel free to DM me with what your workflow does and who would pay to use it. I may run another small batch after the first 1–2 pilots are complete.
Hi Elliot,
This is actually a really interesting concept.
I already have a couple of production-ready n8n workflows that I wouldn’t want to distribute as raw JSON because the value is in the business logic rather than the workflow file itself.
To answer your questions:
• What does the workflow do?
One is an AI-powered booking assistant for a vehicle workshop that combines a conversational assistant with an intelligent booking engine, scheduling logic and automated confirmations. Another is an AI video replication pipeline that processes content through multiple AI services to generate localized video outputs.
• Who would pay to use it?
Service-based businesses, agencies, and companies looking for AI-powered automation without having to manage or maintain the underlying workflow themselves.
• Does it already have a webhook trigger?
Yes, both workflows expose webhook endpoints.
• Have you sold or delivered something similar before?
I’ve delivered similar solutions as custom implementations for clients rather than as standalone products. Productizing them while keeping the underlying logic protected is something I’ve been thinking about.
I’d be happy to learn more about how you’re structuring the pilot. Feel free to DM me.
