I’m building a narrow evaluator surface for high-stakes AI workflow execution.
The point is not generic model access.
The point is getting to one of two terminal outcomes:
I’m looking for 1 real payload from an n8n-style workflow where silent failure is expensive.
What I need:
- one sample payload
- one target schema
- one short note on downstream risk / why failure is costly
- preferred return method: polling or webhook
What I return:
- succeeded or failed_safe
- failure classification if applicable
- a public-safe receipt / trust artifact
- initial evaluator review within 24 hours
Details:
This is not broad onboarding, not a marketplace, and not general support.
I’m specifically looking for one real workflow payload to pressure-test the reliability layer.
If you have a document extraction / ticket routing / compliance workflow where malformed output is expensive, I’d really value one sample.
Reply here or DM me if you have one real payload to test.
Thanks — this is much closer to the kind of failure surface I care about.
Your point about timing, retries, partial failures, and retry collisions is valid.
That said, my current priority is still 1 anonymized real workflow payload, because I need to validate the boundary against an actual downstream risk case, not only a synthetic stress case.
If you have a real n8n-style workflow example with:
- 1 sample payload
- 1 target schema
- 1 short note on downstream risk
- polling or webhook preference
that would be most useful right now.
If not, I may come back to the synthetic stress scenario after I get the first real payloads in.
Hi there, interesting problem space.
I work with production n8n workflows involving AI processing, API integrations, and multi-step automation pipelines where silent failures can create real downstream issues (lead pipelines, document parsing, data processing, etc).
I should be able to share an anonymized workflow payload along with a sample schema and a short note on the downstream risk so you can pressure-test the evaluator layer against a real scenario.
Happy to contribute a sample payload for testing. I’ll send you a DM as well.

Thanks — for Phase 1 I’m not looking for workflow review or observability advice yet.
What I need first is one real anonymized workflow case:
- 1 sample payload
- 1 target schema
- 1 short downstream risk note
- polling or webhook preference
If you have one like that, feel free to send it.
If not, no worries.
