Looking for a Technical Co‑Founder (n8n + Supabase Architecture) — Michigan / Toledo Area Preferred

Hey everyone,

I’m building a new automation‑driven SaaS product and I’m looking for a technical co‑founder who is strong in n8n architecture, workflow design, and modern backend patterns.

I’m specifically looking for someone who can help architect and scale a system built around:

  • n8n (workflow orchestration, modular pipelines, webhook handling, cron logic)

  • Supabase (auth, Postgres, RLS, storage, edge functions)

  • API integrations (scraping, structured data extraction, multi‑step logic)

  • AI model orchestration (prompt pipelines, multi‑model routing, cost‑efficient design)

  • Scalable backend patterns (queueing, rate‑limiting, error‑handling, retries, logging)

Ideal experience includes:

  • Designing multi‑workflow systems in n8n

  • Building Supabase‑backed applications with clean schema design

  • Familiarity with AI integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

  • Understanding of secure architecture, API auth, and data isolation

  • Ability to think in terms of systems, not just scripts

  • Bonus: experience with Typescript, Next.js, or serverless patterns

Location preference:
I’m based in Ann Arbor, MI, and would strongly prefer someone within ~1 hour driving distance (Detroit metro, Novi, Plymouth, South Lyon, Lansing, Toledo, etc.). Remote is possible for the right person, but local is ideal for collaboration.

About the project (high‑level):
It’s an automation‑heavy platform that processes structured data, runs multi‑step logic, and interacts with external APIs.
More details shared privately after a brief intro call and MNDA.

If you’re interested in joining early, shaping the architecture, and building something real from the ground up, send me a message — I’d love to talk.

Thanks!

If the location isn’t an issue…

I am available here:

I am one of top 50 verified template creators:

I am also capable of building custom community n8n node too:

  1. https://www.npmjs.com/package/n8n-nodes-pdfbro
  2. https://www.npmjs.com/package/n8n-nodes-ocrbro
  3. https://www.npmjs.com/package/n8n-nodes-ttsbro

Apart from that I’m also a full-stack developer with the right Gen AI experience, which makes me a solid plus for your team[but right now only vibecoding]

Check my recent gen ai projects… I built a native Android automation agent too. It’s worth a look:

I can build complex AI automations directly in code, not just inside n8n

I recently started posting my n8n work on YouTube with explanations:

You can schedule a quick call with me: https://cal.com/abhi.vaar/n8n

Fun fact… I even made an n8n workflow to find a few n8n project leads for myself so I truly believe in what I do…

I started asking My recent clients for honest feedbacks so here is one testimonial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TqBy3SVCHgQ&list=PLAJltY5bp6yiZ3sFBjm7bfrkLXSGtJX8m

Here is my linktree: iamvaar Official: X | Linktree

And I am also capable of building gohighlevel automations and other CRM’s too, here are my recent gohighlevel integrated automation videos:

And I also built low latency voice appointment scheduler with live ai avatar[in code]:

I built AI search visibility tracker[I am capable of building complex web scraping automations in python too]:

And done many other big projects too which are under NDA’s so technically I can’t reveal them.

Hello @ascold0514 , welcome to n8n community, I have worked and have experience with n8n and l will love to collaborate with you on this you can schedule a call Here and you can checkout my upwork profile Here, for my pastworks and certifications

Hi ascold0514, welcome to the n8n community :waving_hand:

Interesting direction — I like that you’re thinking about architecture, modularity, retries, RLS, and long-term scalability from the beginning instead of treating n8n like a collection of disconnected scripts.

The n8n + Supabase combination is especially strong when workflow orchestration, structured data, auth, and AI pipelines all need to work together cleanly.

A few things I’m curious about:

• Are you planning event-driven orchestration mainly through webhooks or hybrid cron + queue architecture?
• Will Supabase remain the primary system of record across workflows?
• Are you thinking multi-tenant from the beginning or later after validation?

Hi, I’m an AI automation engineer who builds systems that replace manual work, scale outreach, and turn workflows into revenue. I have sent out working systems for managing leads to CRM, finding real estate deals, sorting emails with AI, chatbot integration, AI voice integration, and agentic RAG systems. I am also always improving my skills in AI agents and LLM integration & RAG embeddings.

I’m looking for roles where I can build and deploy systems that eliminate manual work and scale revenue. I enjoy working with tools like n8n, Airtable, APIs, LLMs, and data-driven workflows to solve real operational bottlenecks. I prefer environments where automation is core to growth, not an afterthought. I value clear communication, fast iteration, and ownership. I avoid roles that are limited to repetitive execution without room to design, optimize, and innovate.

Feel Free to send me an email at Judedivine9@gmail.com if you need any help.

Also I have experience building with supabase

hi @ascold0514!

Your tech stack is exactly what I build every day. I run Blukaze Automations, where we specialize in enterprise-grade AI orchestration, production-ready n8n systems, and resilient data pipelines (including scraping, Supabase integration, and cost-efficient LLM routing). We build systems, not just scripts.

I know you’re looking for someone local to Ann Arbor, but if you’re open to a remote co-founder who can drop right in and own your entire backend and automation architecture, I’d love to connect.

Best,

Paul
