Hi all,

I’m looking to hire an experienced n8n automation builder to help create smart, efficient workflows tailored for an accounting firm. The goal is to automate repetitive tasks like data entry, document handling, email parsing, reminders, report generation, and integration with tools like QuickBooks, Google Sheets, email, and cloud storage.

Ideal candidate:

  • Strong experience with n8n
  • Familiar with accounting processes and terminology
  • Able to work with APIs, webhooks, and basic data formatting (JSON/HTML)
  • Can collaborate with a non-developer and explain setups clearly

I’ve already completed courses on AI tools (prompting, image, video, and voice generation), and I’m comfortable with automation concepts—I just need help putting it all together for real use.
