Looking for AI Strategist for Complex Workflow Development

We are looking for an AI strategist to help us build our first set of workflows. Below is a brief overview of what we are seeking and how we envision this collaboration.

About Our Project

We are developing a cryptocurrency analytics platform that requires high-complexity AI workflows. Our team already has developers capable of creating workflows in N8N, but we are looking for an expert partner who can go beyond our current experience and help us set the standard for all future workflows.

Since this first set of AI agents will form the core of our platform, we need someone with strong hands-on experience rather than just theoretical expertise. Our goal is to establish a sophisticated, well-structured workflow from the start, ensuring scalability and long-term efficiency.

Infrastructure We Have Ready (or Will Have Ready Soon)

N8N open-source environment – fully deployed

Milvus.io open-source – in the process of deployment (ready in a few days)

Airbyte open-source – in the process of deployment (ready in a few days)

Several APIs (4-5 total) – already set up, tested, and working

Although we can install and deploy these tools ourselves, we recognise that the real complexity lies in the details, and this is where we need your expertise.

What We Need

We have a clear understanding of what these workflows need to achieve, and we have already confirmed that all of it is technically feasible. These workflows will involve multiple AI agents working together, including:

Research Agents

Chat Assistants

Machine Learning Pipelines using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Vector database integrations

Our aim is to leverage machine learning by integrating AI with Milvus.io as our vector database.

Collaboration & Pricing

If you believe you can contribute with your experience and help us set up sophisticated, high-quality AI workflows, please reply with:

Do you work per hour or per workflow?

When pricing your work, keep in mind that we are fully capable of handling connections, prompts, and other configurations that might save you time and us costs. However, if you prefer to handle everything from start to finish, that is fine as well.

To start, we need 3-5 high-complexity workflows. If we are mutually satisfied with the outcome, we have a pipeline of additional workflows (dozens more, though most are simpler ones such as social media automation, chat assistants, lead sourcing, and business automation).

This could lead to a long-term partnership if all conditions align.

Additional (Optional) Questions

We don’t require answers to these immediately, but if you prefer, you can address them in your response or in a later conversation:

Experience & Portfolio

Can you share examples of similar AI workflow projects you’ve worked on?

Do you have experience implementing RAG technology and integrating vector databases into AI workflows?

Technical Proficiency

What experience do you have with Milvus.io, Airbyte, and N8N? If limited, how would you approach learning and implementing them?

Have you worked on multi-agent AI systems before? If so, how did they collaborate, and what were the key challenges?

Workflow Structure & Best Practices

How do you structure AI workflows for scalability and future expansions?

Do you follow any best practices for modular workflow design?

What do you recommend in terms of logging, monitoring, and debugging AI workflows?

Optimization & Cost Efficiency

Do you have experience optimizing AI workflows to reduce computational costs while maintaining high efficiency?

Can you suggest cost-saving strategies given our infrastructure?

Collaboration & Documentation

What level of documentation do you provide for the workflows you build?

How do you prefer to collaborate (e.g., meetings, async communication, task-based feedback)?

Would you be available for brief training sessions with our internal team to ensure we can maintain and expand the workflows?

Future Engagement & Support

Do you offer post-implementation support or debugging in case issues arise?

Would you be open to a long-term collaboration, or do you prefer strictly project-based work?

We look forward to hearing from you. Thanks for your time!
