I’m looking for an experienced n8n developer to help implement and refine a set of production workflows for a real-world system. This is a paid engagement, not a free help request.

We are building a full real estate automation platform designed to support marketing, lead routing, follow-up, and long-term nurture at scale. The system already has a defined architecture and is live in production — this is not a greenfield or experimental project.

At a high level, the platform combines:

  • GoHighLevel as the core CRM, pipeline manager, and communication layer

  • n8n as the central automation brain for complex logic, orchestration, and integrations

  • SearchAtlas as the SEO engine that drives keyword research, content planning, and ranking logic

  • Video and social content workflows that convert videos into blogs, SEO assets, and short-form content

  • AI-driven follow-up, including:

    • AI SMS and email

    • AI agent calls

    • Personalized AI video follow-ups

  • Offline and online attribution flows (QR codes, tracking, retargeting)

The goal is to automate large portions of a real estate operation, including:

  • Lead routing and pipeline movement

  • Buyer and seller follow-up based on behavior and timing

  • SEO → video → content → ads feedback loops

  • Long-term nurture and reactivation

  • Consistent, scalable outreach without manual intervention

From an n8n perspective, the work includes things like:

  • Webhook-driven workflows tied to GoHighLevel

  • API integrations between multiple platforms

  • Conditional logic, branching, retries, and error handling

  • Workflow reliability, structure, and maintainability

  • Supporting AI-based workflows for messaging, video, and calls

This is not a beginner project and not a “figure it out as you go” build. I’m looking for someone with real n8n experience who is comfortable working in a production environment and executing against a defined system design. Experience with CRMs (especially GoHighLevel), APIs, and complex automation logic is a strong plus.
