I’m looking for a friendly and experienced N8N user to help me build automations and AI agents for my sales processes. This is more of a collaborative coaching role – I want to learn as we build together.
What I Need Help With:
• Setting up N8N workflows for lead generation and sales automation.
• Connecting tools and APIs to streamline my sales process.
• Integrating AI tools (like ChatGPT) into automations.
• Coaching me step-by-step so I can understand how things work.
Ideal Skills:
Solid experience with N8N (or similar automation tools).
Comfortable with sales workflows (lead generation, CRM, outreach).
Knowledge of AI tools and how they can work with automations.
Good at explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
This role is great for you if:
• You enjoy teaching and working together on projects.
• You’re patient and can help someone level up their automation skills.
• You’re looking for consistent hourly work on a fun project.
• I’m looking to pay about 2k/month for roughly 4 hours of work a day

Hello @Ryan_M ,
This is something my team is currently working on—we’re helping various organizations automate their processes and reduce manual efforts.
We’re experienced with automation tools like n8n, Make.com, and have integrated them with various CRMs and platforms.
Let’s connect over a call to discuss your requirements in detail. Meanwhile, you can take a look at some of our work samples. Automated Lead Generation in HubSpot(CRM)
I am ziya, an automation expert working over 3 years, serverd 20+ clients and successfully completed 50+ automation projects. I believe I can help you with what you’re looking for. I’ve done projects like these. Some projects I worked on:
AI integrated cold email outreach system
Inspection app that syncs w/ the CRM
I’d love to show you how I can help you with the sales process automation
Hi Ryan — I may be able to help. A couple quick questions:
What CRM are you using today?
Are you mainly looking for lead generation automation, follow-up automation, or both?
Do you already have any n8n workflows built, or are you starting from scratch?
I recently built sales and lead-gen automation workflows using n8n, AI agents, and CRM integrations, so I’d be interested in learning more about your use case.
Hey Ryan, I’m Misha, an n8n and AI automation developer. Your approach of learning while building sales automations together makes a lot of sense, and I regularly do this kind of collaborative coaching on lead generation workflows, CRM connections, and AI agent integration. I’d set up your n8n workflows step by step, explaining each node and API call as we go, while helping you integrate ChatGPT for outreach or qualification logic so you own the system afterward. My focus is on clean, maintainable builds that won’t break when you start tweaking them yourself. If you want to discuss this further, let’s connect directly. I would start with one sales automation slice instead of trying to coach/build everything at once.
A good first session or Phase 1 could be:
- choose one lead source
- normalize the lead fields
- add an AI summary/classification step
- route the lead to a Sheet/CRM and a notification channel
- add a human approval point before any outbound message
- document the node map so you can keep learning from it
That keeps the first build small enough to understand and test. I would use fake/sample leads first and leave live credentials/API connections under your control.
This sounds like a fantastic opportunity and exactly the kind of collaborative setup I enjoy. I have solid hands-on experience building n8n workflows and AI agents most recently, I built a Nutritionist AI Agent that takes image, voice, and text inputs via Telegram, processes them with AI, and logs data to Google Sheets, as well as a WhatsApp Concierge automation using WhatsApp Cloud API, Airtable as a state machine, and OpenAI for responses. So connecting APIs, setting up webhooks, and integrating AI tools like ChatGPT are well within my wheelhouse. While my background is more in automation and data workflows rather than pure sales, I’m highly comfortable with lead generation logic, CRM integrations, and outreach sequences and I can quickly adapt your sales processes into clean, reliable automations. What really excites me about your post is the coaching aspect as a Computer Science student at UET Mardan with a 3.71 CGPA and a strong foundation in Python and SQL, I’ve spent a lot of time breaking down complex technical concepts into simple, visual steps, and I genuinely enjoy teaching as we build together. I’m patient, love explaining the why behind each node, and would make sure you understand the logic so you can eventually tweak and expand workflows on your own. I’m fully available for the consistent 4-hour daily schedule and am very interested in the monthly arrangement. Let me know a good time to hop on a quick call.I’d love to hear more about your current sales stack and which workflows you want to prioritize first.
Hi, I can help with a practical build-along style session.
For a first session, I would pick one sales workflow instead of trying to cover everything: lead source → clean fields → CRM/Sheet update → AI draft/follow-up → manual approval before anything is sent. That gives you a working example and also teaches the pattern.
I can do this as a small paid first session or a fixed-scope documented v1. I am strongest when the goal is a reliable workflow with clear handoff notes, not a black-box build.
Which tools are already in your sales stack: CRM, email sender, spreadsheet/database, and lead source?
I can help if this is still open. The coaching format makes sense for sales automations: we can build one workflow together, keep the logic visible, and use that as a pattern for the next flows instead of leaving you with a black-box setup.
A practical first session could be: choose one sales flow, map the trigger and CRM/lead fields, build the n8n workflow with clear error/retry paths, and document why each node exists. After that you can decide whether to continue with lead generation, CRM sync, outreach follow-up, or AI qualification flows.
If useful, send what sales tools you use now and the first automation you want to understand/build.
