Hi, I can help with a contained n8n build or recovery where the workflow needs to be understandable after handoff, not merely running once. My focus is lead routing, CRM and API handoffs, error paths, owner notification, and proof that the intended record reached the right destination. I work asynchronously and begin with one clearly bounded workflow so scope stays visible. Portfolio: Michael Gould's Work | Contra. If you are still reviewing candidates, share the broad workflow category and I will tell you whether it fits a fixed-scope first project.
You asked for a portfolio rather than a pitch, so here is the concrete part first.
We run a small automation studio. Our own production system is a fleet of AI agents that works in browsers and APIs and is supervised by automated acceptance: 627 delivered tasks across 11 client projects in the last six weeks, and 123 of them were sent back for rework by that machine acceptance before a human ever saw them. Shipped and paid work: Telegram products with payments, subscriptions and a Mini App; amoCRM integration on OAuth with refresh tokens and webhook signature checks; AI moderation for a chat of 18,000 people; automated client reporting.
Stack: Python 3.12 and Claude API as the core, n8n for the deterministic parts of a flow.
Contract, not employment. 35-40 USD/hour or from 1,500 USD per project. Remote from Vietnam, GMT+7, payment in USDT under contract.
Happy to send the CV and walk you through any of the above.
Background: accounting-trained developer (B.A./M.A. Accounting) specializing in n8n workflows and browser automation — particularly for legacy/government systems with no public API. Based in Indonesia, working remote (GMT+8).
Core skills: n8n (self-hosted, Docker), Playwright browser automation, Google Workspace integration (Drive/Sheets), error handling & failure isolation, single-file web tools.
Here’s my best work — a full case study below:
Automating Data Submission to a Government System With No API
Problem: A local health office needed inspection data submitted to a national government reporting portal that only accepts manual entry through its web UI — no API available. Field teams were manually re-entering data they’d already submitted internally, doubling the workload every cycle.
Approach:
Built an n8n pipeline that receives inspection data via internal form, maps internal checklist IDs to the government’s official IDs, and generates the required Excel template.
Built a Playwright script that logs into the portal, uploads the file, fills in remaining metadata, and submits — replicating manual steps exactly.
Since n8n runs in Docker (no browser/filesystem access) and Playwright needed a real Windows environment, I built a lightweight Express bridge server on the host machine that receives data from n8n via HTTP and triggers the automation as a child process.
Debugged a tricky root cause: automated login kept failing even though the form was visibly present manually. Turned out the “login” view was a hidden Bootstrap tab-pane already in the DOM, not a separate page. Fixed with a URL parameter that activates the tab directly on load.
Isolated failures in a secondary reporting branch (Google Sheets) so they no longer blocked the critical government-submission path.
Result: Pipeline runs end-to-end for all 4 facility types with the official template. Verified live against the government dashboard.
Before / After:
Field inspection itself: unchanged (same number of inspection points) — but eliminated recurring paper/printer/ink/electricity cost from printed forms.
Time from field data to reflected in the government system: ~6 days → under 1 day.
Additional work available on request: an automated document-intake pipeline (PDF → AI extraction → structured database via Notion) and a satellite-imagery field monitoring dashboard with automated data refresh via webhook. I’ve also independently built a full double-entry accounting application (single-file, with a license-key backend) — my accounting background feeds directly into how I design data workflows.
Happy to share more detail on scope, timeline, or a call if useful. Thank you!
I’d be happy to help. I’m an AI Automation Specialist with hands-on experience building and maintaining n8n workflows, API integrations, webhooks, CRM automations, and AI-powered systems.
I’m available to start immediately.
Here’s my portfolio with examples of my automation work:

I’ve also attached my resume for reference.
Happy to discuss your requirements and see how I can help.
Hi @readronifell, I’m an n8n developer with experience building AI-powered automation workflows, API integrations, and multi-agent systems. I work with n8n (self-hosted + cloud), Python, JavaScript, LangChain, and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini). Based in Paris, available for remote work immediately. I can share a portfolio of workflows I’ve built. Feel free to DM me here or reach me at julien_carr@delos-int.dls.so.
Hi — I do n8n/automation implementation work, mostly CRM ↔ n8n
bridges, webhook/API integrations, and internal tooling for lean
teams.
For portfolio: here’s a public example — a Perfex CRM ↔ n8n bridge
I built with HMAC-signed webhooks, a DB-backed retry queue, and a
monitoring dashboard:
Based in Malaga (CET), fully remote, available for fixed-scope or
ongoing work. Happy to share more detail on scope/rate once I know
more about what you’re building.
Hi, I’m Yaroslav, an n8n automation developer focused on practical business workflows and Google Workspace integrations.
I’ve built workflows for lead capture, lead qualification, appointment booking, customer support routing, Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Calendar.
Portfolio:
I’m comfortable taking a workflow from requirements to a tested n8n implementation, and I’m also open to working with APIs or tools outside my current stack when the project requires it.
If you’re still hiring, I’d be interested in seeing the first workflow you need built. I’m also open to starting with a small paid test project so you can evaluate my work before a larger engagement.
I’m Lalith Karthik, an n8n automation developer based in Bengaluru. My strongest client proof is a completed 5-star Upwork contract: I built a stable n8n pipeline that took videos from Google Drive/Dropbox, generated metadata with OpenAI, and published through the YouTube and Meta APIs. I’m also currently delivering a WhatsApp Flows project.
For client handoffs I use client-owned credentials, test cases, validation, error notifications/retries, and clear documentation. My portfolio also includes Gmail classification, Google Sheets pipelines, Apify enrichment, Instagram/Messenger workflows, and REST API/webhook integrations. I have completed n8n Course Level 2 and am available 30+ hours/week.
If this is still open, please send the first workflow brief, systems involved, deadline, and budget range. I’ll reply with a clear scope, risks, and delivery plan.
@readronifell — I can show relevant implementation work, but I’d first qualify one concrete workflow rather than send a generic portfolio.
I’m testing a paid, bounded governance sprint for n8n systems: map what may run autonomously, where human approval is mandatory, what evidence each run returns, and how failures pause or roll back. Deliverable: an implementation-ready control matrix for one workflow, plus three operating scenarios. Flat fee: $500 for a 5-day pilot.
If this matches the role you’re hiring for, please reply or DM with: the workflow, your role in approving the spend, desired start date, and either “I can approve the $500 pilot subject to reviewing scope” or the safeguard/term blocking approval. That written commitment would reserve the pilot; payment follows the agreed one-page scope.
Hi, I’m mahmoud an AI Automation Developer focused on building n8n workflows, LLM integrations, APIs, and business process automation.
I’ve built 10 end-to-end AI automation projects, with my strongest work being an AI CRM Lead Enrichment & Qualification workflow using n8n, Tavily Search,LLM, Google Sheets, Gmail, and REST APIs.
I’m interested in your n8n requirement. I build and operate practical n8n workflows for B2B lead operations and outreach, including data cleaning and deduplication, conditional routing, scheduled email workflows, WhatsApp integration through HTTP Request, status updates, and execution monitoring.
My portfolio is based on a real B2B automation system I built and operated, not only demo workflows.
