- Objective: Automate our AI chatbot to handle customer queries, escalate issues, and sync data with internal systems.
- Key Requirements:
- Create efficient n8n workflows for message routing and data processing.
- Integrate with platforms like CXGenie, CRM tools, and other APIs.
- Implement webhooks for real-time updates.
- Ensure data security and scalability.
Ideal Skills & Expertise:
Strong experience with n8n workflows
Proficient in API integrations and webhooks
Familiarity with chatbot frameworks like Dialogflow, Rasa, or similar
Experience with tools like CXGenie (mandatory)
