We’re a profitable subscription food delivery business. We’ve outgrown our Google Sheets + AppScript setup and need to build proper subscription infrastructure.

What we’re building:

  • Stripe subscription backend (webhooks, tax, billing automation)

  • n8n workflows for customer journeys, failed payment recovery, referrals

  • Integration with existing Google Sheets (eventually migrating to Airtable/Supabase)

  • Sales rep dashboards and commission tracking

What makes this different: We don’t want someone to just execute a spec. We want you to audit our current system, identify opportunities, and propose the best path forward. You’re the expert - we want your strategic thinking.

Looking for:

  • Production n8n experience (not tutorials - real systems you’ve shipped)

  • Stripe backend/API experience (subscriptions, webhooks)

  • Bonus: AppScript knowledge (can understand our current setup faster)

  • 20+ hrs/week availability

  • Long-term partnership mindset (this isn’t a one-off project)
