Lost workspace after trial ended - Dashboard shows "No active workspace"

Hi,

My n8n Cloud trial recently ended, and now my dashboard shows “No active workspace”.

I had several workflows in that workspace and would like to know if the workspace and workflows can still be recovered or restored.

Has anyone experienced this before, or can the n8n team advise on the recovery options?

Please open your cloud dashboard and then Manage → Export → Download Workflows, and there you would be able to download your workflows:

and that for the safety, but if you want to continue using the cloud with all the workflows you have, then make sure to buy a plan, as if you haven’t done that in less than 90 days, your progress of workflows & credentials will be lost forever beyond recovery. You can just use the https://app.n8n.cloud/magic-link to get into your instance easily.

And you need to upgrade, I mean buy a plan to activate your n8n workspace again.
