In my company we’re frequently working with Voice Robot of a company called MCN. Could we add their API methods to the existing bespoke Integrations. All the documentation is open, avaliable, and I can provide it, there are a number of methods needed in robot scenario.
I can provide a use case. We have a service which gives us numbers which we need to call (for example, company wants to notice its costumers that their credit balance is negative), we send this number to a Voice robot providing the MCN API with the robot ID, task ID, number we need to call, and that clients ID in the MCN billing system.
