Can I or can’t I use MCP having n8n hosted, not self hosted. It’s extremely confusing because i was on a call several weeks ago when they announced you can now access community nodes even if you have n8n paid hosting, but everyone is saying you can’t. I rage quit last night because it’s like the ONLY thing I want to do with N8N, otherwise setting up 100 nodes to do something is just too much when It took me 5 full days to get past a simple Google credential from being blocked. Who has time for that??? 5 full days of $0 income and 0 progress to revenue. Then today I tried setting up self hosted which I successfully did and immediately shut it down after 100 warning that hackers can see and change my computer code. I can’t afford to lose my computer or any more time on this adhd aitech blackhole crap. I just want a simple answer. Can I use MCP with n8n hosting and if so how? Do I have to connect it a different way? Can I copy and paste JSON somewhere? I’d look on Youtube but Id have to sift through 50 guys course pitches before I get an actual answer.

This is not true currently. Community nodes are still not available on n8n cloud.
Can you link to the announcement, so that I can get that corrected
