I need a memory for ai that knows the chat time… ( with time stamp )
The agent answer the client by the last message but if the last message was yesterday or after a the client was at the service and said “thanks you” … the ai replay to the previous message and thinks it was 1 minute a go and it’s a few day later. so it can’t be train for that to answer in different way.
