Migration path from self-hosting (local dev enc) to Cloud or Enterprise Self Hosted in AWS?

Is there a documented path for migrating from self-hosted community edition to Cloud or Enterprise?
I am in the process of moving from development to production, and need some of the cloud & enterprise features, as well as the reliability.

Information on your n8n setup

  • n8n version: 1.65.2
  • Database (default: SQLite): SQLite
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): default
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): npm self hosted
  • Operating system: Windows 10

Hey @n8-builder-dude , any specific concerns? The workflows could be exported and imported between workspaces, Export and import workflows | n8n Docs. To export/import credentials, you would have to use CLI commands.

You have to bear in mind that you cannot use Community nodes in n8n Cloud workspaces.

thank you @ihortom for sharing the information on the doc links. I have a large number of workflows running locally and was hoping for an automated solution, such as the CLI you mentioned. I was not aware of the CLI import/export functionality.
