Migrating from Personal Space to Projects

As a newbie I slowly built out what is now a pretty sizable effort in my Personal space (dozens of workflows, a dozen or more credentials, half a dozen data tables) and now understand and want to get it over to the Project space. Is there any way to do that without just copying the JSON for each workflow and rebuilding the databases and credentials?

Thanks for any advice or suggestions.
