Missing Course Completion Email for Level 1

Hi n8n Team,

I have successfully completed the n8n Level 1 course and earned my badge. However, I never received the official confirmation email.

I tried to contact [email protected] but my email bounced back with an “Address not found” error. I need this completion email to show to my instructor as proof of certification.

Could you please look into this and resend the completion email to my registered address?

You’re not alone in missing the Level 1 completion email—this happens occasionally, but you can still prove your certification.

1.You can verify your own status using your Unique ID:

  • Open:
    https://internal.users.n8n.cloud/webhook/course-level-1/verify?id=YOUR_UNIQUE_ID

This is the same verification link format used and shared in the community.

If the page shows you as passed (green checks), you’re officially done.

2. Use the verification page as proof for your instructor

Even without the email, you can:

  • Take a screenshot of the verification page showing:
    • Your Unique ID
    • The completed status / green checks
  • Or share the verification URL itself (with your ID) as a credential link. This is how people also add the certification to LinkedIn using that same URL.

3. If you really need the official email

To request an official completion email:

  1. Email [email protected]
  2. Include:
    • Your full name
    • The email you used for the course
    • Your Level 1 Unique ID
    • A short note that you’ve passed Level 1 and need the completion email as proof for your instructor.

reply to the automated response asking to “talk to a human” and explain that you need manual confirmation for the Level 1 course, support has previously created or corrected course records this way.

Hi @umermoazzam Welcome to the community!

The verification mail is not important on your end, as you have received the badge in your community id and for verification aspect that is more than enough. N8N team is working on a new course which will provide certificates also so i guess that is worth the wait.
