I have successfully completed the n8n Course Level 1 with 92% in theory and 100% in workflows. I received the confirmation email, but my badge and certificate are not showing up on my forum profile (it still says ‘No badges yet’).
Could a moderator please help me sync my achievement?

Hey welcome, this happens pretty often and it’s almost always because the email you used for the course doesn’t match the one on your forum profile, or the forum username wasn’t entered exactly right during enrollment. Double check that your forum profile email is [email protected] and that you typed “vsnbl” as your forum username when you signed up for the course. If everything matches it usually just takes a moderator to manually sync it, so hang tight and one of them should be able to sort it out for you.
Hey, this is a pretty common issue and usually just needs a moderator to manually sync the badge on their end. One thing to double check is that your forum account email matches the email you used for the course registration, if those are different the automatic sync won’t work. Also worth noting that n8n has actually stopped issuing certificates for the Level 1 and Level 2 courses while they work on a new course, so you’ll get the badge but not a certificate. Hang tight for a mod to come through and sort it out.
Quick question, did you use the same email to sign up here in the forum and also for the course level 1? If NO, consider taking the quiz again with the same email you signed up here on the community with, once you pass the quiz, your badge will be assigned imediately.
Another option is to share your unique id here and the n8n team will look into it.
