, also sends an immediate notification to your phone via whatsapp or telegram , also includes other details and customer information, this way you should also know about the new orders , the moment they happen , even when you are away from the desk

From email, SMS or even a phone call… you can choose what fits you better.
Simple as setting up a Webhook Trigger to listen and process, save, forward etc…
