Missing Workflows Upon Upgrading

Describe the problem/error/question

I was on a trial account and made numerous workflows. I had to go through company approvals to get the service paid for, so my trial expired, I received an email saying I would have 90 days to retrieve my workflows after the expiration. I recently upgraded and logged into the same account about 10 days after the expiration, all my workflows are gone, and the account is empty. What gives? Where are the workflows?

I have seen that happen. I think a temp server is assigned to you during trial but not sure. Best way is to keep backing up your workflows in Github
