Monthly executions not reset after payment

Hi team,
My workspace vgconsulting reached the monthly limit (2500/2500).
I renewed my subscription on 18 November 2025 and the payment shows as Completed in Billing.
However, my execution counter did NOT reset and my workflows remain blocked.
Can you please reset the monthly executions and check if my subscription is properly synced?

Hi

When you reach your monthly execution limit on n8n Cloud, your active workflows are paused until the execution count resets on the 1st of the month. Renewing your subscription or making a payment does not immediately reset your execution count.
