My Execution are still not available after paying

Hi team,
My workspace arabut reached the monthly limit (2500/2500).
I renewed my subscription on 27 December 2025 and the payment shows as Completed in Billing.
However, my execution counter did NOT reset and my workflows remain blocked.
Can you please reset the monthly executions and check if my subscription is properly synced?

I reached out to them from 12 hours ago, but I haven’t received a response. Consequently, all my workflows have been halted. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.
