Hi everyone,
I am facing a critical issue where all my workflows on my n8n cloud instance (fatihseidaa.app.n8n.cloud) have suddenly disappeared. I am not sure what caused this, but I suspect it might be related to billing.
If this is indeed a billing issue, I am more than willing to settle any outstanding balance immediately. However, I believe that completely deleting workflows without prior notice or a grace period is a severe action. These workflows are core to my current project, and since I haven’t backed them up externally yet, this loss is causing a massive disruption to my operations.
I have a major presentation for this project scheduled for today, and I urgently need to recover these workflows to proceed.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way for the support team to restore my data from a backup? I have already sent an email to support, but I am posting here in hopes of a faster response given the deadline I am facing today.
