My workflows have disappeared, what should I do?

Describe the problem/error/question

I started making a bot on N8N, using the free tokens they give out. I made it, saved it, and uploaded it. But then I ran out of tokens, and all two of my projects were deleted. I bought a subscription for the same account, but there’s still no workflow.

A few quick questions:

  1. Are you using n8n Cloud? (If so may I know the workspace name)

  2. What do you mean by “tokens”? - Do you mean AI credits, or did a free trial expire?

  3. When you subscribed, did you use the exact same email address? Sometimes a new signup creates a fresh instance instead of restoring the old one.

  4. How long ago did the workflows disappear?
