My workspace not respond

I recently upgraded my account to the after my free trial, but since the upgrade, I’ve been unable to access my workspaces. The page doesn’t load at all, the platform remaining stuck on the following URL:

https://USERNAME.app.n8n.cloud/

Even after restarting the workspace, the issue persists. However, I was able to extract a list of all my workspaces and confirm that none of them were deleted.

What could be the problem? Meanwhile, i’ve sent an email to the support team still didnt hear from them.
