MySQL Node creating duplicate entries

I don’t know why the MySQL node creating multiple entries in the Database.

Here is my workflow.

Here is MySQL Query.

Should I enable Execute Once on MySQL Node?
Edit: Enabling Execute Once is also doing the same thing.

Ended up setting the Purchase ID as my primary key solved my issue.
